- Paper transcript (US Mail & Federal Express Mail delivery)

For duplicate diplomas, go to 推荐最近最火的赌博软件 & 记录 Office (AD/SS 100) to submit a Replacement Diploma/Certificate request form; photo ID is required. There is a $10 replacement fee for each request. Make check/cashiers check/money order out to San Bernardino 谷学院. 允许 2 weeks for printing and delivery.
Non-Official 成绩单
The non-official transcript can be accessed online. Any coursework completed prior to 1981 is only obtainable in official transcripts.

Please send all incoming electronic transcripts to sbvcadmissions@yuauto.net.
You can mail incoming transcripts to:
- Official electronic transcripts will only be accepted from certified agencies.
- Mailed or hand delivered official transcripts must bear the official signature and/or seal of the originating 机构 and must be sealed in an envelope by the originating 机构. Opened transcripts are considered unofficial and will not be accepted.
- 成绩单 received by San Bernardino 谷学院 from other 机构s, electronically, my mail or hand carried, will not be released to, or reproduced for the student. 没有例外.
Proxy Student Requests
学生 may secure their 记录s by authorizing a specific person to handle transcript requests and/or enrollment Verifications. To the student, by submitting a Release of Information Form to the AD/SS-100, you may select a representative to retrieve/verify your academic 记录.

The PDF transcripts that is produced using this service contains the identical information as the printed transcript and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company’s website that is provided during the delivery 过程.
